Why Fulcro
Every change needs a point of support.
Fulcro means the supporting point of a lever. The name reflects how we work: understanding where an intervention can make a difference and building the structure needed to put it into practice.
Our symbol brings together the bar, its support and the point of contact. It represents the relationship between direction and execution: knowing where to act and supporting the movement.
Our origins
Experience shaped into a way of working.
Founded by Karinne Dias, Fulcro brings together experience in coordinating operations, connecting people and building digital products. That experience includes work in Brazil, England, France and Jordan.
Across different contexts, one need kept recurring: connecting the people making decisions, those doing the work and the information each needs. This is the foundation of Fulcro’s practice.
